Composite Firewalls / Whitewall Works

Composite Firewalls / Whitewall Works

Firewall Limited are one of the UK’s leading contractors specialising in the design and construction of integral fire walls, barriers and curtains that inhibit the spread of smoke and flames through a building.

We have experience in the creation of fully designed passive fire system for both new and existing buildings, and almost any application.

Working to the highest standards in the industry, all systems are fully compliant with current legislation and building control standards, including small areas such as under raised access floors or above suspended ceilings. We can also ensure that large, open-plan environments can still be safe, protected and in full compliance with fire regulations

Firewall Limited use the most innovative fire protection products as recognised by the fire authorities and insurance companies. Built around the latest steel-faced composite panels with non-combustible mineral-fibre cores. Firewall offers walling systems that fully protect premises, contents and occupants.

Composite Firewall’s are evolutionary fire-walling systems that are replacements for jumbo stud or block walling. Faster to install, they are more aesthetically pleasing and are completely demountable for re-use or re-positioning. They can be installed in advance of the building envelope being complete, offer a very quick installation period and have a weather resistance.

Eurobond Firemaster is an internal fire rated wall and ceiling panel, an ideal solution when building internal partitions and protected zones

Firemaster is an internal composite wall panel ideally suited for the construction of non-load bearing internal partition walls & ceilings. It provides a tested fire performance for internal firewalls, protected zones, ceilings, and compartmentation walls.

  • Firemaster is available in standard 1200 mm width with a range of surface profiles, flat, mini bead, and micro rib
  • Fire rated spans of up to 7.5m allowing easy floor to ceiling installation
  • Above spans to LPS1208 (75mm-200mm thickness) & BS476 p22 (100mm-300mm thickness)
  • Certification to EN13501-2 is also available
  • A foodsafe laminate option is available that provides a smooth, anti-static internal surface ideal for a cleanroom environment

Lengths:  1.8 to 12.5m
Widths: 1200 mm
Core Thicknesses: 75 to 300 mm
Thermal Performance: U Value of 0.15 (W/m²K) can be achieved
Fire Performance: A tested fire performance of the complete wall construction gives reassurance of how the wall would protect in an actual fire.

Firemaster panels offer a Euroclass A2-s1, d0 Reaction to Fire when tested and classified to BS EN13501-1 when specified with Colorcoat Prisma® by Tata Steel.

Firemaster can offer up to 4 hours fire resistance (to EN 13501-2) to both insulation and integrity but should be technically verified by Eurobond on a project basis, to the correct standards

Paroc Fireproof insulated panels

Our insulated panels are a reliable choice wherever fireproof materials are required to protect life and property. The insulated panels system provides a complete solution for fire resistant facilities or interiors, with non-combustible panels and specially designed details and accessories.

Our insulated panels are non-combustible, classified in Euroclass A2-s1,d0 and our structural stone wool core is in Euroclass A1. Paroc Panel System panel structures meet the requirements for fire resistance up to four hours in walls and up to one three in ceilings.

EI-M classified fire wall

EI-M classified walls are available as both single wall construction and double wall construction.

In fire partitioning structures, penetrations must fulfil the same fire rating as the structure. They must be tight enough and prevent heat transmission from the hot side to the cold side. The insulation of the penetration is made with non-combustible stone wool

In case of fire, insulated panels function as a catenary structure. Therefore, when designing fire-resistant structures, it needs to be ensured that the whole structure meets the requirements on stability, insulation, and tightness. Our non-combustible insulated panels are classified in Euroclass A2-s1,d0 and structural stone wool cores in Euroclass A1. PAROC insulated panels meet the requirements for fire resistance up to four hours in walls and up to one hour in ceilings.
